We are essential and will remain open...just in a different way!

Hi Everyone!

First of all, we hope you are all well, safe and have everything you need. 

We know this is an unsettling time and we just want you to know that we are here for you and your pets. 

Yesterday afternoon, Governor Sisolak issued a press conference asking all non-essential businesses to close to help curb the spread of COVID-19. We want to reassure you that we are considered essential. Three Happy Hounds will remain open. However, in order to take steps to protect ourselves and our community members, starting at 12:00 PM today, we will be moving to pick-up and delivery only.

This means our store doors will be closed to in store traffic, however, you can call, email, or even send us a Facebook message and we will get everything you need ready and put together. You can pay over the phone (775.404.4084), then pick up it up curbside, or we will deliver it to you free of charge. 

We know people are also concerned about inventory levels at this time. We want to assure you we will continue to have food stocked in store for you. Deliveries are still arriving to the store on a weekly basis. The only thing we ask is that we all try and be good neighbors. Please do not order more than you need and leave stock for others. Nevada's shelter in place is expected to last 30 days, so we ask that you please order for that time frame and think of your fellow neighbors who are in need of similar supplies.

We encourage you to follow our Facebook page. Throughout the week and next 30 days we will be doing virtual tours and sales of the store. We will also continue to post any updates about store hours or inventory levels there. If you don't have facebook, we will continue to update via email, so make sure to check them out!

Lastly, we want to thank you all for your loyal support and patronage. The Fernley community is strong, compassionate, and resilient. We will get through this together.
